Phi Chi Theta provides members with professional development opportunities through resume workshops, mock interviews, networking events, and guest speakers. We also host our own pre-career fair to help members connect with professionals. With a 98% job placement rate and membership open to all majors, Phi Chi Theta is dedicated to helping students achieve their career goals.

 

From formals and brotherhood events to studying abroad and intramural sports, our members take every opportunity to build meaningful connections and create lasting memories. These shared experiences foster strong friendships and a supportive community that extends far beyond college.

 

Giving back to our community is a core value of Phi Chi Theta. Each year, we raise money for a charity of our choice through a variety of philanthropy events. In the fall, we host our annual Glow Run 5K in Oxford, and in the spring, we hold our International Friendship Picnic. We also organize additional fundraisers throughout the year, including Phi Delt Gate sales and volleyball tournaments.

 

What makes our chapter unique is our international focus. In today’s ever-changing global business environment, we are constantly learning about different cultures and international business practices. One of our signature events is the International Dinner, where members experience foods from five different countries while learning about their customs, etiquette, and business culture. We also host "What's Up?" discussions, publish a monthly international newsletter, and participate in International Business Week. With 72% of our members studying abroad during their college careers, we are committed to developing globally minded business leaders.
