The Zeta Mu chapter works to uphold our national pillars of professionalism, philanthropy, and philanthropy with the addition of our chapter's international focus!
Profesional
Our chapter offers a variety of professional development opportunities throughout the year to help members grow into confident and successful business professionals. These include professional workshops, semesterly LinkedIn headshots, guest speakers from a wide range of industries, and our signature Pre-Career Fair Night, where members have the opportunity to network with recruiters and Phi Chi Theta alumni before Miami University's Career Fair. These experiences help members strengthen their professional skills, expand their networks, and prepare for future internships and careers.
Philanthropy
One of our favorite ways to come together as a chapter is by giving back. We are passionate about serving our community through a variety of philanthropy events that support meaningful causes. One of our signature events is our annual Glow Run 5K, held each fall throughout Oxford. Last year, all proceeds from the event were donated to Star House in Columbus, an organization dedicated to supporting youth experiencing homelessness. In the spring, we continue our philanthropic efforts through our International Friendship Picnic and Phi Delt Gate fundraisers, as well as volleyball tournaments. Allowing our members to make a lasting impact both on campus and in the Oxford community.
Brotherhood
Brotherhood is at the heart of the Phi Chi Theta experience. Whether attending formals, participating in intramural sports, studying abroad, or spending time together outside of chapter, our members build lasting friendships founded on trust, support, and shared experiences. We also prioritize academic success through study sessions and enjoy spending time together at our Carpet Square in Farmer. These relationships create a lifelong network that extends well beyond graduation.
International
